Disabling Activities

Disable an activity in your workflow to stop it from being performed. Disabled activities will be skipped.

To disable an activity

  1. Right-click the activity in the Designer Pane.
  2. Select ClosedDisable.

  3. Publish the workflow.

    Note: Publishing a workflow that is running causes it to become suspended.
